We reserve the right to refuse service at our sole discretion, including for documents that are illegible, incomplete, or unlawful.
3. Orders and Turnaround Times
All turnaround times are estimates and not guarantees.
Delivery is deemed complete when the translated documents are sent electronically or made available to the client.
Priority or expedited services are subject to availability.
4. Certified Translations and Acceptance
We provide certified translations intended to meet general requirements of institutions in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, the European Union, and other jurisdictions.
However:
Requirements vary by institution and jurisdiction.
We do not guarantee acceptance by any specific authority.
The client is solely responsible for confirming requirements with the receiving institution.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
Provide accurate, complete, and legible documents
Specify the target country and intended use of the translation
Review all delivered documents before submission
The Company is not responsible for errors originating from unclear or incorrect source materials.
6. Payments, Refunds, and Chargebacks
All services must be paid in advance.
Due to the custom nature of translation work, refunds are generally not available once work has commenced.
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in service suspension and additional fees.
7. Revisions
We offer reasonable revisions for errors attributable to the Company, provided requests are made within 7 days of delivery.
8. Confidentiality
We treat all client documents as confidential. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and vetted contractors strictly for the purpose of service delivery.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
